HOPG-Highly Oriented Pyrolytic Graphite HOPG

We can produce Highly Oriented Pyrolytic Graphite, HOPG grade. There are two grades of HOPG, grade A and grade B. Properties as below:

Mosaic angle range: 0.5±0.1°FWHM Grade A
                                      0.8±0.2°FWHM Grade B
Distance between Carbon atom layer(002): 3.355-3.359A
Thermal conductivity: 1400-1800W/m.k  AB direction
                                                     8 W/m.k    C direction
C.T.E: 20×(10-6/℃)        C direction
Specific resistance: 3.5-4.5 ×10-5 ohm/cm      AB direction
Sizes max: 10*10*1.5mm; 20*20*1.5mm; 25*25*1.5mm; 50*40*2mm;
